OnCue — Delete your data

Last updated 2026-10-20

OnCue keeps everything you add — and the Google account you signed in with — only on your phone, so you delete it yourself, on the phone, at any time. Nothing is held by us to request deletion of. If you made a backup file and saved or sent it somewhere, that copy is where you put it, and you delete it there.

Delete everything in the app

Open OnCue → Settings → Your data → Delete everything, then tap “Yes, delete everything”.

This permanently removes every person, date, message and photo, your own details and settings, any photo copies the app cached and the copy of your last backup file in OnCue’s temporary storage, and it signs you out of Google and asks Google to remove OnCue’s access to your Google account. It cannot be undone.

Delete only some of it

You can remove an address, a photo or a link between people from that person’s screen, and every saved phone number at once, your own included, from Settings → Your data → Remove all phone numbers. A person, date or message you delete is gone from the app at once and erased from its storage within 30 days.

Uninstall

Uninstalling OnCue, or clearing its storage in Android Settings → Apps → OnCue → Storage, also deletes everything. OnCue is excluded from Android’s cloud backup and device-to-device transfer, so nothing is restored if you install it again or copied to a new phone.
